WELCOME Labuan Guest House is a 4 star Bed & Breakfast in Newport over 160 years old. It is a privately owned Victorian House just a few minutes drive from Junction 24 of the M4 in Newport.

Originally built as a private dwelling, over the years the house has been converted into the comfortable home it is today, while retaining many of its original features.

Proprietors, John and Patricia Bees, are on hand to make sure you enjoy your stay, offering a warm friendly home-from-home atmosphere with very comfortable en-suite facilities.

GOLFING BREAKS Labuan House also has the added bonus of being less than 5 minutes drive from the Celtic Manor Resort, home of the Ryder Cup 2010, with an additional 45 golf courses within a 40 minute drive!

Tee times at any of these golf clubs can be arranged by John and Patricia, both avid golfers themselves and past Captains of a local golf club.

MEAL TIME At Labuan House you can be assured of a hearty breakfast e.g. fruit juice, grapefruit and strawberries, a wide variety of cereals and dried fruits, including homemade muesli and a traditionally cooked Welsh breakfast of your choice or maybe scrambled eggs and smoked salmon, all accompanied by homemade bread, followed by toast and homemade preserve, plus a limitless amount of tea and freshly ground coffee.

Special dietry and vegetarian needs can be catered for. And if you wish, for a small cost we can provide packed lunches in special cool bags for your convenience.
