Worst mail-order company I have ever encountered! Our order for self-assembly furniture contained incorrect parts which required replacement. I phoned them three times - each time I was promised a ring-back. Never happened. When I enquired if any progress was being made, reply was that they were still trying to contact the factory. Utterly useless. Still waiting - two weeks and several broken delivery dates later. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!
