Great Sunday Lunch


Exceptional slow roasted lamb shoulder, vegetables cooked perfectly, and real "gravy". Also not ruined by over-doing the "seasoning" that all the TV chefs bang on about because their salt tolerance has reached such high levels. A real treat!
